Our cell therapy product line includes cell culture products and cell sourcing, and we are seeking an experienced Product Manager to oversee its development.
This role requires strategic thinking, strong project management skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute product strategies for cell therapy aligning with company goals and market needs.
* Conduct market research to identify opportunities and customer needs in the cell therapy sector.
* Define product requirements and specifications based on market analysis and customer feedback.
* Collaborate with R&D, sales, and operations teams for successful product development and launch.
* Create and manage product roadmaps for timely delivery of new products and updates.
* Develop pricing strategies and positioning for new and existing cell therapy products.
* Monitor product performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
* Lead marketing materials creation, including product brochures, presentations, and digital content specific to cell therapy.
* Train and support sales team with product knowledge and marketing strategies for cell therapy products.
* Organize industry events, conferences, and webinars focused on cell therapy.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical guidelines related to human biological materials and cell therapy.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in biotech or life sciences with a focus on cell therapy.
* Strong understanding of the biotech market, particularly in cell culture (human sera and supplements) and cell sourcing (Leukopaks).
* Excellent project management and organizational skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and product management software.
* Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
* Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies.
