EBRO SUV is looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven Fleet Area Manager to cover the entire Spanish market. In this position, you will play an important role in supporting the fleet sales strategy for the legendary brand EBRO.
As the Fleet Area Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing fleet sales plans and strategies:
1. Formulate comprehensive fleet sales strategies focused on the entire Spanish market.
2. Collaborate with the EBRO team to ensure alignment with overall sales goals and objectives.
3. Coordinate with leasing and fleet companies the commercialization of EBRO models.
Analyzing sales data and market trends:
1. Identify opportunities for growth in the fleet segment.
2. Prepare fleet sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
Managing relationships with fleet customers:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key fleet customers and prospects across Spain.
2. Conduct regular meetings and presentations to promote EBRO's fleet offerings.
Coordinating with the sales team:
1. Ensure seamless collaboration between the fleet sales team and other departments.
2. Support the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing presentations and sales materials.
3. Coordinate the fleet sales programs with the dealer network.
Monitoring and reporting on sales performance:
1. Track and report on fleet sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of fleet sales activities and customer interactions.
Your Profile:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Knowledge or experience in the automotive sector, particularly in fleet sales, is a must.
3. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
4. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales planning tools.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
7. Detail-oriented and highly organized.
8. Strong team player with a proactive attitude.
