Responsibilities:
* Prepare, monitor and evaluate customer and product P&L; and provide recommendations to the sales department to improve profitability.
* Administer the trade budget management system including monitoring and analysing customer deductions.
* Analyse new customer contracts and provide feedback to sales department regarding profitability.
* Maintain general ledger accounts with respect to trade budget expenses and promotional activities.
* Monitor sales and marketing initiatives to ensure effectiveness and cost efficiency; prepare post audits for all significant trade investments and report deviations from original approved customer P&L;.
Additional Responsibilities:
* Maintain proper internal controls according to Freudenberg Group guidelines.
* Assist annual budgeting process by providing input on trade budget management and promotional investments.
* Support annual financial audit process by providing proper documentation for trade budget and promotional expenses.
* Ensure compliance with all applicable IFRS accounting rules.

Directly Reports to: Director Finance & Controlling or Manager Finance & Controlling (Depending on country size).
Functionally reports to: N/A.
Number of Direct reports: None.

* FHCS Country/Regional Management Team.
* Sales Department.
* Local Finance Team.
* FHCS Corporate Functions.
* Auditors.
Qualifications:
Professional Experience and Education:
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting.
* Fluent English written and spoken to lead correspondence with FHCS group wide stakeholders.
* At least 0-3 years of experience working in the finance and accounting area.
* Experience working in an ideal case in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods segment.
Specific knowledge:
* Deep knowledge of profitability analysis.
* Local GAAP and IFRS Accounting knowledge.
* Working knowledge of SAP or other System in the country applied.
* Understanding of Lean Methods.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to act as a challenging partner for the sales department.
Specific competencies:
* Ability to analyse data and develop recommendations for strategic decision making.

* Drive for Results and Priority Setting.
