What will you do as a Customer Care Advisor?
* You will be in direct contact with our Belgian customers and assist them with all their questions regarding the use of our software .
* You build knowledge and experience within the different domains of our applications .
* You build a relationship of trust with your client contacts.
* You answer questions concerning the use of our Protime tools .
* You advise your customers on how to optimize their Protime environment.
* You develop an internal network and work closely with our internal customer experts (obtaining advice, delivering leads, passing on information, clarifying the needs of our customer portfolio, etc.).
* You will have the opportunity to help think about the operation and future of the team. Together, you take a critical look at the processes and take steps to optimize our customer service.
* You share your knowledge and experience with colleagues.

* You can speak to customers in a professional manner and have the perseverance to always search (out-of-the-box) for the right solution.
* You have an interest in software applications and the hard part of HR. You are analytically strong.
* You work with our Flemish customers, so you communicate very fluently in Dutch. You also speak English .
* You know how to take responsibility in your role. You like autonomy and taking initiative and you are self-managing.
* You like working in a growth company where you constantly challenge processes and yourself in order to continuously improve .
