Tasks:
* Conduct outbound & inbound prospecting: Research, contact, nurture and conduct initial qualification that satisfy BANT criteria for inbound and outbound RAD 2 and 3 leads.
* Define outreach tactics: Utilize the technology at your disposal to conduct successful outreach (CRM, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo) and tailor to the customer persona.
* Progress and update leads on CRM: Push leads through the lead queue and update lead information on CRM.
* Support account planning: Collaborate with SAMS/FSRs/Sales specialists on outreach strategy and provide regular feedback.
* Provide campaign support: Provide campaign feedback to marketing to improve effectiveness.
Profile:
* Proficient or bilingual in German + English B2.
* Proficient in identifying, nurturing and qualifying leads.
* Ability to understand customers, industries, and product offerings including high-level pricing to conduct solution selling across the portfolio (initial focus on PS).
* Excel at building relationships and handling objections.
* Collaborate effectively with sales and marketing teams.
* Proficient in using CRM software.
* At least 2 years of industry experience at the enterprise level.
