MISIÓN DEL PUESTO:
The main goal of this position is to manage claims originated in Germany. The candidate will have to manage the reception and validation of the claim documents and the customer service support.
PRINCIPALES FUNCIONES:
* Documenting and managing customer´s claim process
* Review and approve client´s documentation to determine the extent of liability.
* Examine claims forms and other records to determine insurance coverage.
* Send letters to clients (request, follow-up, cancellation)
* Prepare reports of findings of investigation.
* Analyze information gathered by investigation and report findings and recommendations.
* Refer questionable claims to your manager for investigation or settlement.
* Telephone assistance to the insured and clients.
* Management tasks, billing and collections.
