About the rol :
As Lead Business Owner, responsible for identifying and prioritizing digital projects to offer aftersales products and services online and generate leads that drive aftersales business growth and meet SEAT/ CUPRA customer demands. Lead the end-to-end implementation, from definition and approval to market deployment, ensuring seamless collaboration among all stakeholders. Provide a strategic and holistic vision across all projects to ensure coherence and synergies between them.
What we expect from you?
1. To proactively plan, organize, execute, and supervise all the tasks necessary to achieve the objectives described in its mission with limited guidance from its superior position.
2. To influence the Management of the Company, as well as suppliers, colleagues, customers and, when applicable, the own team, to achieve the objectives related to the mission.
3. To research and analyze trends and developments within their specific area.
4. To carry out a comprehensive analysis (evaluation) of challenges and problems, based on a deep understanding acquired through accumulated knowledge and experience in their field of specialization. Contribute to the effective resolution of these challenges.
5. To participate in continuous improvement projects, providing perspectives from a generalist or specialist standpoint.
6. To analyze, update, and implement the regulations and standards relevant for this position, as well as to evaluate different options and propose alternatives.
7. To lead and define the strategy for online aftersales, ensuring that it follows the overall aftersales business strategy and ensures an omnichannel experience considering the different stakeholders throughout the value chain (end customer (private and fleet), importers, dealers and other stakeholder like VWFS), importer and dealer standards, and best practices.
8. To define Business Case, KPIs and Budget needed for the different use cases/epics (digital projects) within digital business and present it for approval in the different prioritization meetings of SEAT S.A (up to Digital Portfolio Circle), ensuring that the documentation presented reaches the required maturity status for each committee.
9. To identify business needs and requirements for use case/epic implementation and afterwards to monitor the business performance of implemented use cases/epics, ensuring the achievement of committed business outcomes and if needed deploy countermeasures and action plans in alignment across Markets and internally with Digital Portfolio, Product Managers (PMs) and System Architects.
10. To identify dependencies with key stakeholders like CARIAD and rest of VW Group Brands for digital strategy/portfolio services/use cases/epics implementation.
11. To make autonomous decisions within the scope of its responsibility defined in the mission and current regulations.
12. To proactively formulate proposals within the scope of responsibility, with an impact on the company"s strategic initiatives, to elevate and justify in front of the competent decision-making entity.
13. To propose the implementation of policies and procedures within the scope of their responsibility.
14. To propose high business impact use cases/epics within the digital portfolio and validate that the delivered projects achieve the committed business value.
15. To propose best practices, synergies, and new opportunities that may arise from markets and digital projects.
16. To ensure the fulfillment of the objectives of the function(s) or process(es) within their area of responsibility, with an impact on the company's strategic initiatives.
17. To ensure the optimization of functions or processes within their area of responsibility, defining, promoting, and implementing initiatives.
18. To coordinate and facilitate communication between different departments and hierarchical levels.
19. To ensure End-to-end (E2E) implementation of use cases/epics, from initial definition, business case calculation, and approval through to the coordination of their development and deployment across markets.
20. To ensure Business Case results and KPI targets defined after use cases/epics implementation.
21. Attend as Brand Business Owner representative to Group Digital/CARIAD Ceremonies (such as PI Plannings, Pro-team, LPM)
22. Use cases/epics preparation and presentation for approval in internal meetings (such as DPT, DPC, CCC and MRKs).
23. Represent your superior, if necessary, in the SEAT and Group Digital/CARIAD meetings
Requirements:
24. Academical background : Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
25. Languages : English Advanced.
