Job Description:

The ideal RTM is a person who can shield the team and grow each individual member professionally. You should act as a role model living by our values, supporting the team, and helping members where needed, while constantly looking for new ways to make the recruitment function a first-class service.
Responsibilities:
1. Hire, train, and manage the team of recruiters and sourcers (1:1s, performance reviews, personal development plans, etc.);
2. Mentor, motivate, and inspire team members so they know firsthand what great work looks like and are given a reputation to live up to;
3. Manage relationships with engineering managers through regular communication, proactively scoping needs;
4. Be a true business partner, providing solutions for issues, and suggesting process improvements;
5. Drive forward recruitment projects;
6. Regularly report to the management;
7. Help to organize and attend recruitment-related events and/or campaigns;
8. Keep up with industry trends and news, following the best global hiring practices;
9. Work closely with the broader HR teams to ensure alignment, seamless processes, and outstanding talent experience.
Minimum Requirements:
1. 5+ years of relevant experience in the recruitment industry (internal and/or external);
2. 2+ years of experience in managing a team (recruitment or not);
3. Experience and interest in recruitment/sourcing processes implementation and redesign;
4. Complete proficiency in English (Additional languages are a plus);
5. Experience working with recruitment/sourcing/HR tools (ATS/Sourcing tools/job boards/Extensions/Apps, etc.);
6. Good understanding of domestic and international labor markets;
7. Ability to lead projects to completion.
