Exciting Opportunity to build business from scratch: Regional Business Manager Spain
We are looking for a Regional Business Manager to lead the launch of Hexvix for Photocure and build the market in Spain!

Location: Madrid or Barcelona.
What will you do?
* Lead the launch of Hexvix and develop the Spanish market.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians (urologists/oncologists), pharmacists, and nursing staff.
* Act as an ambassador for Photocure, embracing company values.
* Develop and implement key account plans.
* Collaborate with equipment suppliers to strengthen market presence.
* Organize and participate in educational events, workshops, and congresses at regional and international levels.
* Provide training and support to healthcare professionals and stakeholders (including OR attendance and training sessions).
* Monitor market trends and customer feedback to support strategic decision-making.
* Work closely with internal cross-functional teams (Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs).
* Report sales performance and key account activities into Planhat and provide insights to management.
* Ensure all interactions comply with ethical, professional, and regulatory standards.

Education & Experience:
* Bachelor/Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
* Extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry.
* Deep understanding of the Spanish healthcare system and key stakeholders in urology.
* Proven track record in pharmaceutical and/or medical device sales (preferably in urology/uro-oncology).
* Experience in managing key accounts and KOL relationships.
* Ability to thrive in a multi-cultural and matrix environment.
