The Opportunity
We are looking for a Retail Activation Manager to ensure excellent retail execution and optimize the in-store consumer experience in the perfumery channel for Carolina Herrera, Rabanne, Jean Paul Gaultier, and other brands in Iberia. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure the effective implementation of the brand strategy at the point of sale.
What you'll get to do
* Ensure the implementation of the omnichannel strategy and enhance the presence of our brands in the main perfumery and beauty chains, in collaboration with the e-commerce team and KAMs.
* Execute the Retail Plan for the Perfumery channel, ensuring brand visibility excellence (both permanent and temporary), strategic location, and personalization of our brand spaces in retailers.
* Translate the brand marketing strategy into effective Trade Marketing plans, boosting brand awareness and improving sell-out through ideation, planning, negotiation, and budgeting of actions in collaboration with the Brand Manager and commercial team.
* Ensure the proper implementation of Visual Merchandising guidelines in each retailer, optimizing product presentation at points of sale.
* Lead and drive the acceleration of the CRM/Clientelling strategy in the channel, setting objectives and tracking key KPIs in collaboration with the Marketing and Sales teams.
* Identify growth opportunities across different touchpoints to increase store traffic and sell-out, developing and executing sampling plans, strategic collaborations, and out-of-home activations.
* Support the management and temporary hiring of Beauty Advisors in collaboration with external agencies, ensuring compliance with the assigned budget.
* Coordinate the execution and validation of temporary animations and consumer-oriented events at the point of sale with the brands.
* Lead internal and external stakeholder relationships to facilitate the implementation of plans and initiatives.
* Assist the Brand Manager in the annual forecast (CPS) of new launches and POSM materials in collaboration with the Demand Planning and Sales teams.
We'd love to meet you if you have
* Experience: At least 3 years in Trade Marketing, Retail Activation, or Brand Management roles, preferably in the beauty, luxury, or FMCG sector.
* Education: Degree in Business Administration, International Marketing, or a related field.
* Languages: High level of Spanish and English is a must.
* Skills: Strategic thinking, results orientation, negotiation skills, client relationship management, project management, and strong communication abilities.
