The Role:
As a Business Analyst at Cledara, you'll be an essential part of a small, agile team working closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to drive the development of our product. You will play a key role in understanding customer needs, analyzing challenges, and collaborating with internal teams to find practical solutions. This is a 360-degree role that requires flexibility and a hands-on approach in both customer interaction and internal coordination.
Rather than focusing heavily on data analysis, your key responsibility will be to engage directly with customers, gather insights, and translate these into actionable recommendations that will help shape our product development. You will support the Product team in identifying challenges and opportunities, and work alongside Designers and Engineers to implement solutions that align with both customer feedback and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Engage with customers directly to understand their challenges, needs, and feedback, and translate this information into actionable insights for the team.
* Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to help identify and prioritize product features and solutions.
* Develop and maintain clear, accessible documentation (e.g., Product Discovery Documents, user stories, and internal reports) to ensure alignment across teams, ensuring key insights and decisions are well-communicated.
* Support product development by facilitating decision-making processes when data is limited or ambiguous, using your judgment to find the right balance between customer needs and business goals.
* Provide input to accelerate the product development cycle by collecting and synthesizing feedback from customers, internal stakeholders, and industry trends.
Requirements
What we're looking for:
* 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, or experience in a customer-facing or operational position (e.g., Product Support, Customer Success, Consulting, etc.).
* A customer-first mindset, with the ability to gather insights through conversations, surveys, and feedback loops—without needing every piece of data to be perfect.
* Strong ability to make decisions with limited or qualitative data, and use judgment to solve problems in real-time.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly document and communicate findings to a variety of stakeholders.
* An adaptable, hands-on approach with a desire to wear multiple hats in a small, growing team.
* A collaborative mindset and the ability to build relationships across internal teams and with external customers.
Bonus Points (but not essential):
* Experience working in a SaaS environment, or with startups or small teams where wearing multiple hats is the norm.
* Previous exposure to product management or design thinking would be helpful.
If you're excited about collaborating across teams, engaging with customers, and working in a flexible, fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you!
Benefits
* Access to Private Medical Insurance via Sanitas.
* Food allowance to the value of €100 per month.

* A great working culture with regular work outings, company offsites and international travel.
* 23 days annual leave plus public holidays.
* Access to a corporate ClassPass account.
* An Apple Macbook to work on.
* Great centrally located workspace with an outside courtyard area, beautiful collaborative working spaces, free tea & coffee, and periodic social events.
