The B2B Sales Trader / Account Manager will act as a key commercial link between flower growers and business clients—navigating opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals in one of these countries: Poland, Spain, Croatia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Norway, Portugal, Serbia, Slovakia, and Sweden. Daily tasks include:- Drive Sales & Close Deals: Actively source and engage new business clients. Use strategic and creative approaches (including cold calling) to grow your market.- Manage Relationships: Build a portfolio of buyers and guide them through the full buying cycle—from onboarding to repeat business.- Market Expansion: Spot new opportunities in your region and help shape our growth strategy with local insights.- Customer Visits & Representation: Travel to meet clients and attend trade events, building trust and long-term partnerships.- Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth operations—from logistics to payments—working closely with internal teams.What We’re Looking For- Market Familiarity: Deep understanding of the target country, whether through residence or cultural/market knowledge.- Languages: English proficiency (our company´s language) + native or fluent in the local language(s) of the market you’re applying for.- Location: Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate within six months.- Experience: 3–5 years in a B2B sales trading, or account management role. Experience in the flower/agri-trade industry is a plus, but not required.- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and commercial instincts.
