Job Description :
YOUR MISSION :
* Key measures and success factors: Revenue, Net sales, Product Conversion Rate, Sell Through, Option Productivity.
* Partner with Merchandising, Consumer Experience, and Performance Marketing to analyze weekly sales and present key learnings, areas of opportunity, and proposed actions.
* Responsible for onsite merchandising activities such as categorization, sorting, filter, and navigation for your categories.
* Provide Merchandising with product performance insights and define key seasonal buy requirements.
* Campaign Management and Identification of Sales and Promotion opportunities of your categories.
* Drive efficiency/quality improvement by analyzing processes/systems and best practices, pursuing effective structures and ways of working, and drive alignment across Site Merchandising.
* Derive actionable insights from analytics and reports, A/B test analyses on category performance as provided by the team, and present and discuss with senior management and relevant stakeholders.
* Work closely with internal teams and manage cross-functional resources in a collaborative way.
* Have a growth hacking mindset with an entrepreneurial approach and bias for action.
* Be up to date with competitive landscape, industry trends, and other growth opportunities.
YOUR TALENT :
* Bachelor or Masters education in a relevant field, or a similar education.
* 3-4+ years of experience in Digital Merchandising, Analytics and BI, Category Management, or Digital Sales.
* Experience in working with SFCC, Google Analytics, Site Merchandising tools, Power BI.
* Experience with a sports, premium, fashion brand/retailer is a plus.
* Strong commercial drive and analytical skills.
* Excellent communication skills in English; another language is a plus.
* Highly collaborative and have the ability to work within a cross-functional (international) organization.
