Product Readiness Manager for Travel Seller Media products
Summary:
As a Product Readiness Manager, your primary objective is to ensure that Travel Seller Media product portfolio —both new and existing—are fully functional across all internal tools, enabling seamless monetization, reporting, and billing. Your work will ensure smooth orchestration across all touchpoints, allowing optimal customer and sales experience.
This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration and strategic project planning. You will lead key initiatives related to compliance, sales functionality, pricing, product features, and performance monitoring to drive sales targets for Travel Seller Media products.
Additionally, you will analyze customer needs and propose product enhancements to keep our offering competitive and sales-ready. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from launching new products to sunsetting outdated ones, for Amadeus and our partnerships.
In this role you will:
Product Readiness & Optimization
* Lead the Travel Seller Media product readiness efforts to successfully meet sales targets.
* Ensure key assigned projects are completed on time and aligned with business objectives.
* Assess and prioritize enhancements based on strategic alignment, business impact, and operational feasibility.
* Identify product performance obstacles and recommend solutions to improve efficiency.
* Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to optimize product effectiveness.
* Oversee the renewal process to ensure seamless customer experience.
Stakeholders Coordination & Communication
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Commercial Strategy, Legal, Operations and Business Development mainly) to determine the best approach for the different customer segments we served (Hospitality, DMO, Airlines…).
* Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams to ensure contracted services are delivered to customers effectively.
* Communicate product benefits and features to large commercial audiences when needed.
* Represent Amadeus in partner relationships, managing day-to-day activities related to product functionality, pricing, and release to market, etc.
About the ideal candidate:
* Holds a university degree in Business and/or Engineering or equivalent work experience.
* Demonstrates 7+ years’ experience in building and successfully launching software/media products.
* Feels comfortable having sales targets and being in contact/presenting to commercial teams very often.
* Is a proficient user of databases, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office.
* Travel industry, Media, or Ad Tech experience is beneficial but not required.
* Ideally, knows the distribution business and has experience in project management.
* Is proficient in English; other languages are a plus.
