What you’ll do: We are looking for a Call Center Agent (PBX) to join the pre-opening team at SLS Barcelona. Under the guidance of the Call Center Supervisor, you will provide telephone customer service support for all calls received while maintaining the core experience guidelines at the property. Responsibilities include:
1. Ensuring that all guests receive a seamless and expedited experience.
2. Greeting and communicating with guests in a warm and empathetic manner.
3. Answering all incoming calls promptly and courteously, adhering to the hotel’s service standards.
4. Keeping updated contact information on employees in other departments.
5. Referring guests’ complaints to appropriate departments and solving general queries.
6. Providing information and demonstrating knowledge of all hotel facilities and services.
7. Accepting and delivering all messages promptly and accurately.
8. Providing personal service to all guests, fully aware of hotel standards and procedures.
9. Ensuring guest privacy and confidentiality of information.
10. Addressing guest concerns promptly and documenting them for proactive solutions.
11. Offering friendly, professional, and proactive guest service over the phone, email, and text messaging.
12. Building trusting relationships with clients.
13. Updating guest profiles and preferences based on information received during calls.
Requisitos:
What we are looking for:
1. +1 years experience in hospitality within hotels in a similar position.
2. Proficient knowledge of computer systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.
3. Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
5. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
6. Strong focus on providing an exceptional experience for guests.
7. Excellent relationship-building skills.
8. Ownership of important issues and problem-solving abilities.
9. Quick learner and adaptable to SLS’s unique culture.
10. Humble, open to ideas, and a good listener.
11. Willingness to try new things.
12. Opera knowledge is a plus.
