The Role:
As the Head of Marketing, you will play a crucial role in executing marketing strategies, contributing to company growth, and working in a fast-paced agile environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional departments, make significant contributions to our SaaS platform, and have opportunities for professional development.
Your Responsibilities:
* Develop comprehensive B2B marketing strategies aligning with the company's goals and driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
* Work independently, demonstrating ability to execute marketing tasks efficiently.
* Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure alignment and support in lead generation and customer conversion efforts.
* Leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns, measure performance, and improve marketing effectiveness.
* Plan and execute events, ensuring active participation and representation of our company at industry events and conferences.
* Hire, lead, and manage junior marketing profiles, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to achieve outstanding results.
* Partner with external content creation teams to develop high-quality content resonating with our target audience.
* Champion new marketing initiatives, staying ahead of industry trends and competition, and propose innovative strategies to strengthen our market position.
* Foster a results-driven marketing culture that encourages creativity, teamwork, and excellence.
You:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
* Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the SaaS or technology industry.
* 2-3 years of progressive experience in generalist marketing roles, with demonstrated growth in responsibility and ownership.
* Assertive and able to defend your position, take ownership of projects, and drive them to successful completion.
* Strong skills to influence and persuade others, managing internal and external stakeholders to achieve exceptional results.
* Data-driven mindset, analyzing and leveraging metrics to optimize marketing performance.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Energetic, dynamic, flexible, and proactive, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
* Native or bilingual level of English.
