We are seeking an experienced and innovative Data Tech Lead to take ownership of our data architecture and lead a team in delivering high-impact data solutions. As a Data Tech Lead, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and optimizing our data ecosystem, leveraging technologies like the Microsoft Data Platform, Snowflake, and Databricks.

Responsibilities:
1. Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable data solutions using technologies like Power BI, Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, and Databricks.
2. Guide the data team in implementing best practices for data engineering, pipelines, and workflows.
3. Oversee the adoption and maintenance of containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
5. Manage version control and deployment pipelines using Git, ensuring smooth collaboration and CI/CD practices.
6. Monitor and optimize data systems for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
7. Act as a mentor and technical resource for the data team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
What skills and attitudes are we looking for?
1. 4+ years of experience in data engineering or similar roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or tech lead capacity.
2. Strong expertise in the Microsoft Data Platform (e.g., Power BI, Azure Data Factory).
3. Hands-on experience with Snowflake and Databricks.
4. Proficiency with Git, Docker, and Kubernetes for version control, containerization, and orchestration.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
6. A collaborative mindset and the ability to drive alignment across diverse teams.
