About the Position
Under the direction of the Service Specialist Manager, develops tasks related to technical repair and verification of Werfen instrument systems.
Key Accountabilities
1. Perform technical repairs on all assigned systems. This includes updates, upgrades, preventive maintenance, and product enhancements.
2. Perform technical refurbishment of equipment modules.
3. Programme, execute, and report on service calls.
4. Assertive and clear communication with colleagues.
5. Promote and facilitate compliance with the core values of Werfen:

7. Leadership & Management: Innovation and teamwork.
8. Delivering Results: Quality & Excellence and Customer Focus.
9. Other duties as assigned by the Service Specialist Manager and the Service Director.
