Your role in the team
As an entry-level Sales Associate, you’ll play a vital role in expanding Devicenow’s customer base, both locally and internationally. This role is designed for beginners, and you’ll receive plenty of guidance and hands-on experience to develop your skills.
Your responsibilities
* Reach sales targets by connecting with new customers and building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
* Learn to manage the entire sales process—from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating and closing deals.
* Work alongside teams in IT, procurement, finance, and other key areas to understand and meet customer needs.
* Support and eventually lead the development of sales strategies to drive business in the DaaS industry.
* Engage with inbound leads, gradually building your own portfolio of clients.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales Development Representatives, pre-sales, marketing, and project management, to ensure customer success.
What we expect from you
* You’ve recently completed your degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) and are eager to start a career in sales.
* A genuine interest in technology and IT solutions (applications, software, or hardware).
* Strong communication skills in both German and English.
