Job Responsibilities
* Obtaining financial information from rating agencies or financial statements and analyzing the solvency and credit history of customers to determine their ability to pay before extending credit conditions.
* Receiving and analyzing credit requests for high payment terms to escalate to the approval matrix.
* Monitoring and proposing adjustments to limits based on customer behavior.
* Monitoring debtor balances to ensure a reduction in debtors DSO.
* Ensuring credit and collection policies and procedures are followed within the organization.
* Liaising with internal credit departments in different regions.
* Checking that approved credit conditions are in line with the outstanding debt.
* Monitoring of approved credit conditions and customers without credit conditions.
* Monthly reporting to management on the evolution of Accounts Receivables.
* Identifying trends and recurring problems in each region.
* Evaluating and reporting potential credit risks for the company, proposing actions to mitigate risks.
* Controlling bad debt provisions.
* Teamwork within the Credit Management department.
* Monitoring the use of credit insurance in all regions.
* Following up on insurance credit limit approvals, reductions, and withdrawals.
* Monitoring insurer extensions, claims, and collections.
Qualifications
* Experience in a similar position of at least 6-7 years.
* Education: ADE, Financial education, Credit education, and/or similar.
* English level: Full professional.
* Advanced level in Excel.
* Valuable experience in PowerBI.
* Experience in Management of International Credit Insurance Programs.
* Experience interacting in an international environment.
* Results-oriented professional with a high level of autonomy.
* Proactivity in management and resolution of complicated cases.
