Responsibilities
* Drive business growth and manage key accounts within the industrial sector in Iberia.
* Identify market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
* Establish and maintain strong client relationships by providing consultative support and tailored technical solutions.
* Conduct site visits to analyze production processes and uncover opportunities for efficiency improvements.
* Act as a bridge between clients, sales teams, and internal departments to optimize product development and implementation.
* Negotiate commercial terms and long-term agreements to ensure sustainable business success.
* Ensure consistent achievement of quality and performance objectives.
Requirements
* Background in engineering or a related technical field is highly valued.
* Proven experience in industrial manufacturing, process optimization, or similar industries.
* Minimum of 5 years in a commercial role, preferably in business development combined with key account management.
* Expertise in consultative sales and project management, identifying customer challenges, and delivering high-value solutions.
* Experience in the chemical industry is a strong asset.
* Fluent in Spanish and English; German proficiency is a plus.
* Familiarity with SAP is an advantage.
