We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our Autodesk Construction Solutions (ACS) team and collaborate with our Sales teams and clients in EMEA to leverage the Autodesk Construction Cloud. This role will lead a team of Account Executives covering specific countries in the region, driving value through our solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of Territory Sales Account Executives (quota-carrying sales reps) in your region
* Work with your team to qualify opportunities and drive them to completion
* Understand customer needs and effectively position our range of solutions
* Identify white space in current accounts to expand our product portfolio
* Manage and qualify leads and pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting
* Provide guidance on leveraging CRM tools and ACS methodologies
* Coordinate efforts with Business Development Reps, Product Specialists, and TSEs
This role requires a results-driven individual with a proven track record of exceeding quota and revenue goals in an enterprise sales mode. The ideal candidate will possess unparalleled communication skills, be entrepreneurial, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
* 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales management experience or close mentorship by top SaaS sales management with a documented path to management
* Results-driven with consistent track record of exceeding quota and revenue goals
* Unparalleled communication skills and ability to establish rapport
* Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
* Construction or construction technology experience/familiarity is a plus but not required
Travel is expected, but Managers are trusted to manage their schedules appropriately based on territory and accounts. Multi-lingual skills to business level are beneficial but not mandatory.
