We are looking for an Inside Sales to support our Sales Engineers in Spain for the Business Unit of Industrial Gases. The selected person will be focused on developing and increasing sales by handling incoming and outgoing communication to support customers’ needs and utilize that knowledge to secure business and give high-quality service to the assigned customers.
The position requires skills in supporting customer experience and our Sales Engineers of Spain. This role will be based in Terrassa (Barcelona) and reports to the Inside Sales Manager located in Leuven (Belgium).
Your main responsibilities will be to:
* Receive and process complex customer inquiries on pricing, lead-time, product offering, complaints through efficient, prompt, and friendly communication to maintain excellent customer relationships.
* Handle technical inquiries and provide information to solve problems, clarify matters, or expedite processes on any aspect of customer relations.
* Call the customers for the smallest opportunities to increase our order rate on small product amounts.
* Issue and follow up quotations.
* Gather cost and technical data of special components when requested, to complete an accurate quotation package.
* Manage & follow-up processes as CAPA for quality issues, ADP, CQP & customer notifications.
* CRM: Register the opportunities, follow-up of the activity, and help your close collaboration with your sales engineer with the tool.
* Establish key communication links with other internal departments (sales, customer service, finance, …).
Relevant Experience and Skills:
* Higher education with a commercial orientation preferable.
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a support sales role or sales department.
* Native Spanish & Catalan, as well as fluent English (company language).
* CRM management.
* Strong administration, organizational, and commercial skills.
