Purpose of the Position
The HR Advisor will be responsible for managing the recruitment processes, especially for our blue-collar positions, ensuring that the right talent is recruited for the company. In addition, he/she will support the labor administration in the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient operation of the department.
Responsibilities
Labor Administration:
* Manage administrative aspects related to contracts, employee terminations, new hires, and other labor-related processes.
* Collaborate in updating and delivering labor-related documentation.
* Assist in the management of employee benefits, such as health insurance, pension plans, etc.
* Support the resolution of employee queries and concerns.
End-to-End Recruitment Process:
* Coordinate the recruitment processes, from posting job vacancies to the final offer and onboarding of new employees.
* Conduct CV screenings, interviews, and coordinate technical assessments when necessary.
* Manage relationships with recruitment vendors, such as consultancies and agencies, optimizing time and cost.
* Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the entire selection process.
Onboarding Process Coordination:
* Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring their integration is efficient and aligned with the company's culture.
* Organize welcome sessions and initial training, providing new hires with the tools and knowledge needed for their success.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure that new employees receive the necessary equipment, systems, and access from their first day.
* Conduct follow-ups during the employees' first months to ensure proper adaptation and identify potential areas for improvement in the onboarding process.
Support of Workday and Cloudpay Implementation:
* Provide support in data migration from previous systems and help resolve technical or process-related issues.
* Assist in the optimization and customization of the systems to meet the specific needs of the organization.
Time and Attendance:
* Oversee and manage the time and attendance system, ensuring that records of hours worked, absences, and leave are accurate and up-to-date.
* Support communication and training of staff on the use of time and attendance systems, as well as ensuring the correct application of company policies.
Support in Local and European Projects:
* Collaborate on areas of improvement within the HR department, proposing solutions to optimize internal processes.
* Participate in cross-functional projects related to improving workplace culture, employee well-being, and organizational culture.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Employee Relations or similar.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR within an industrial company.
* A generalist profile would be valuable.
* Experience in administration, HR, and recruitment.
* Fluency in Spanish; English proficiency is required.
* 9 Month Temporary Contract.
