We are seeking a highly collaborative and experienced designer who can lead, inspire, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. You should have proven experience in creating designs, working with user researchers, and finalizing results with product managers, engineers, and various stakeholders.
The Role
You will be a key member of the Acquire & Grow team, an integral part of the Oracle NetSuite business solution that empowers NetSuite customers to grow their business. We focus on helping customers grow by finding high-quality leads, converting opportunities into sales, nurturing customer relationships, and serving customers efficiently to create happy advocates.
You will join a team of 8 designers to achieve common goals and optimize plans and strategies to design the best possible experiences.
Responsibilities
Help us solve complex business challenges so that our customers can grow their businesses using our range of Cloud products. This includes:
* Critical thinking, design methodologies, and creative problem-solving to produce design solutions that meet ongoing requirements.
* Working with cross-functional teams of Product Managers, Engineers, Test Engineers, Designers, and Researchers in a dynamic, agile environment.
* Producing high-quality UX artifacts that support the design solution.
* Presenting design alternatives and effectively communicating design rationales and trade-offs.
* Demonstrating a passion for iteration and being eager to receive feedback.
* Coordinating collaborative team activities such as design sprints, ideation sessions, and product discovery workshops.
* Managing and prioritizing multiple projects with varying timelines and complexities.
* Advocating for a user-centered culture by involving the team in feedback from customers.
* Contributing to improving our design standards and processes.
* Ensuring the delivery of a consistent user experience across the product.
* Coordinating with researchers to plan and conduct customer and product research.
Qualifications/Skills
Background in Product/Industrial Design, Human Factors, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
At least 5 years of experience in UX design or proven equivalent transferable experience. We are seeking a self-starter who can take direction and work independently.
An online portfolio showcasing experience in producing sketches, wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, task flows, or other relevant design artifacts.
Positive and resilient personality, open to feedback with a desire for continuous iteration and improvement.
Analytical and strategic attitude, prioritizing this over pixel-perfect visual skills.
Flexibility to collaborate with geographically distributed teams.
Experience working with mid to large scale Design Systems.
