Key Responsibilities:
* Review and moderate user-generated content across various platforms in German.
* Ensure that all content adheres to community guidelines and company policies.
* Evaluate content for accuracy, quality, and relevance.
* Report and escalate any content that violates company policies or legal regulations.
* Work closely with the team to improve the quality of moderation and content standards.
* Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date on content policies, tools, and industry best practices.
* Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the content moderation processes.
Requirements:
* Native or fluent in German (C1 or higher).
* Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
* Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital content trends.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
* Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
