We equip world-class athletes and passionate outdoor enthusiasts with innovative, high-performance products that inspire adventure and self-expression.Our Adventure Sports portfolio is currently recruiting for a Customer Retention Specialist to join the European e-Commerce Direct to Consumer (DTC) department.Position SummaryThe Customer Retention Specialist will be responsible for optimizing the consumer journey and nurturing customer relationships across the funnel to drive sales, increase repeat purchases, build loyalty, and maximize lifetime value. Your primary responsibility will be to strategize, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns, automated journeys, and our loyalty programs across multiple brands. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, and Product Merchandising to enhance customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.Key Tasks and ResponsibilitiesDrive customer retention and lifetime value through the management and optimization of email marketing programs, and contribute to the development of new loyalty initiatives.Develop and maintain the global retention calendar, aligning with seasonal launches, brand storytelling, promotions, and key events across all Adventure Sports brands.Manage, optimize, and expand the Podium Club (Fox Racing’s loyalty program), and support the evolution of retention programs for other brands as needed.Define and execute an email marketing calendar for broadcast and segmented campaigns across markets and languages.Build consumer segmentation based on RFM data and behavioral insights.Oversee and refine lifecycle marketing strategies (e.g. welcome flows, reactivation, birthday messages) to drive engagement and LTV.Provide campaign performance analysis and regular reports with actionable insights for the leadership team.Lead A/B testing and personalization strategies using behavioral and transactional data to optimize conversion and engagement.Support lead generation and database growth efforts.Collaborate on brand initiatives that promote loyalty and a positive consumer experience (e.g. returns, customer service).Coordinate with design, marketing, and merchandising teams to ensure timely and accurate campaign execution.Stay informed on CRM and retention trends, tools, and competitor strategies to identify relevant improvements and opportunities.Partner with the Global Retention team based in North America to align on strategy and share best practices.Minimum Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business, E-commerce, Marketing, or related field.2–3 years of experience in email marketing, ideally in retail or consumer goods.Experience with international and multi-market campaigns, ideally across Europe.Advanced English (additional European languages are a plus).Proficiency with platforms like Klaviyo, HubSpot, MailChimp, etc. (Klaviyo is a strong plus).Knowledge of mobile-first email design and UX best practices.Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data.Understanding of eCommerce and marketing KPIs and their interdependence.Experience generating reports and extracting insights to improve performance.Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 is a plus.Experience with additional marketing tools/platforms will be considered.Ideal Personal CompetenciesPassionate about digital marketing and customer experience.Analytical and data-driven mindset.Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Strong attention to detail and process-driven.Clear communicator with strong written and verbal English skills.Highly organized and solution-oriented.A collaborative team player with energy and ownership.Enthusiastic about the outdoor, action sports, and lifestyle segments.BenefitsHybrid working modelCompetitive salaryLunch allowanceDynamic and inclusive office environmentRegular team events and initiativesGenerous annual leavePaid training and development opportunitiesStaff discounts across our portfolio of brandsPlease send your application to adelinamanea@foxracing.com.
