Job Title: Product Marketing Senior Specialist
The Product Marketing Unit for Digital Media is the driving force of our Go To Market strategy to achieve new sales and renewal plans for our Destination and Airline client verticals specifically.
Currently, we are looking for a candidate for the role of Product Marketing Senior Specialist to work on the design and definition of the full business/product value proposition, which includes content management, pricing, customer experience & insights, go-to-market, as well as messaging and benefits of the segment product/solutions for internal promotion as well as external promotion to support each release.
As part of the Media solutions Go To Market team, you will work within the product management organization and partner heavily with the global sales, customer delivery, and marketing organizations, as well as other cross-functional teams. The two verticals of Destination Marketing Organizations and Airlines are strategic, with a small and nimble team - you are especially effective in cross-team collaboration to make the most of this role.
In this role you'll be responsible for:
* Sales enablement: Work on sales enablement material, retention program, competitive intelligence, partnering with Sellers, Product Specialists, and Delivery team. Produce case studies, product assets used in the sales process such as guides or one-pagers, big deals support with marketing materials, and conduct marketing campaigns to drive new sales. Identify new business opportunities individually and/or by partnering with the sales or product.
* Customer and Internal comms/training: Ability to organize, coordinate and lead internal trainings, client-facing webinars, and in-person events with prospects. Maintain expert level knowledge of Amadeus Digital Media, and have the ability to demo product features to show value and drive sales. Ability to learn and update our sales team and CSM teams on our product roadmap, new ads platforms, or product launches and improvements.
* Betas: Develop adoption plan for our new products or betas from an early stage by influencing product creation for ideal Go To Market strategy, case studies creation, and product positioning in the market. Also, drive new product and functionalities adoption once they are launched by engaging with key stakeholders from Sales, CSM team, Implementation teams and tracking and reporting on the result of the actions taken.
* Thought leadership content: Build and improve our Traveler Media sales materials and share of voice for the new verticals of Destinations and Airlines. By promoting our product value proposition and content marketing materials, including speaking opportunities at events and webinars. Analyze sales results monthly to assess results and determine actions on our sales support materials to overcome shortfalls. Setting plans, formulating go-to-market strategies and preparing materials for Amadeus brand assets.
* As part of GTM: Prepare monthly analysis and update for New and Renewal Sales goals by region, including compiling sales data and conducting analysis vs plan. Engage and collaborate with Digital Media Sales Specialists globally for New Sales status, as well as with Customer Delivery team from all regions for Renewals Sales status. Gather monthly feedback on support needed to achieve goals. Deliver monthly product updates and weekly products updates in our internal channels.
* Understand market dynamics: in digital advertising, including industry trends, destination and/or airline marketing trends, and competitive landscape. Proactive at providing feedback and proposing new campaigns/sales initiatives to achieve our sales goals. Deliver quarterly plan with sales initiatives to ensure those actions are properly prioritized every quarter (including our marketing team, when applicable).
About the ideal candidate:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
* 5+ years of Digital Media experience, B2B enterprise business development experience up to C-Level clients with proven performance in new customer acquisition. Experience in either Airline Marketing or Destination Marketing preferred.
* Fluent English, additional languages nice to have.
* Knowledge of MS Office and Salesforce - nice to have.
* Strong relationship skills, including the ability to listen to customers and sales reps, and effectively drive meetings with a diverse cross-functional team.
* Ability to quickly analyze and synthesize information to develop actionable strategic plans and make decisions and tradeoffs optimized to meet business demands and customer needs.
* Intuitive ability to display the value-prop of products and benefits to customer.
* Results-oriented individual who can establish a rapport with sales personnel via the phone and in person to develop opportunities for revenue expansion within their accounts.
* Self-directed; needs minimal supervision on work tasks.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presenting to large, diverse audiences.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
