At G+D, we're looking for a Middleware Engineer to join our team in El Prat de Llobregat, Barcelona and help support and deploy secure software and hardware solutions that power mission-critical personalization systems across the globe.

Our Middleware Engineers are key players in maintaining the performance and security of our personalization systems—used daily by leading banks, governments, and telcos.
What will you do?
* Provide 1st & 2nd level support for chip personalization software, card readers, and HSM hardware.
* Offer 2nd level support for data generation and shop floor management software.
* Manage and resolve incidents and service requests via ticketing systems, email, and phone.
* Deliver remote and on-site support to G+D production sites, including user trainings.
* Prepare and deploy solutions at client sites, supporting them both remotely and on-site.
* Participate in client setup projects and internal site deployments.
* Ensure smooth resolution of incidents and successful engagement of technical solutions.
What are we looking for?
* Technical education or university degree in Computer Science (or equivalent).
* Several years of experience in IT support, service desk, or operations.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10 / Windows Server environments.
* Basic knowledge of LAN networks and database systems (MS SQL Server desirable).
* Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
* Ability to stay organized and accurate under pressure.
* Proactivity, autonomy, and a continuous improvement mindset.
* Availability for rotating on-call duty.
* Excellent communication skills:
* Fluent in French and able to communicate in English (Spanish is a plus).
