We are currently looking to add a HRBP in Spain for their Human Resources Department.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted advisor to Operations leadership, translating business goals into strategic people actions.
Support and challenge managers on all people-related topics: workforce planning, performance, development, and organizational design.
Lead the implementation of HR initiatives that foster engagement, retention, and team effectiveness.
Drive and interpret HR analytics to guide decision-making and continuous improvement.
Partner closely with business teams to align on people-related priorities and culture.
Coach leaders and support change management processes across various functions beyond Operations.
Collaborate with the HR team on projects spanning talent, learning, DE&I, and employee experience.
Ensure labor relations and HR policies are applied consistently, fairly, and in compliance with local regulations.
Job Requirements:
5+ years of experience as an HRBP or in a generalist HR role, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law and comfort managing employee relations and union dynamics.
Clear and empathetic communication skills in both Spanish and English.
Data-driven approach and use of insights to influence decisions and shape people strategies.
Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable balancing strategic thinking with day-to-day execution.
Experience with digital HR tools like Workday, Meta4, or VisualTime.
Fresh perspective and curiosity about trends in employee experience, talent development, or organizational design.
