We at PRONOVIAS GROUP, a global leader in the bridal industry, are currently seeking a professional and talented Credit Collection Analyst to join our Credit Collection Team at our Barcelona HQ.
Responsibilities:
* Manage credit and collections operations for the Italy region, with the primary goal of protecting company assets by maximizing cash flow through effective collection while maintaining high customer service standards.
* Act as a Pronovias Group ambassador by building strong and efficient collaboration with customers and internal departments such as Customer Service, Logistics, and Sales.
* Provide recommendations regarding collection strategy effectiveness, including order & cash allocation, billing, credit limits, claims & accounts receivable monitoring, loan management, and market reporting, deploying strategies aligned with the company’s mission.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
* At least 3-5 years of experience in Customer Management and/or Credit Collection.
* Strong client-facing and communication skills.
* Strategic thinking and negotiation abilities.
* Hands-on mentality and proactive attitude toward work.
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Fluency in Italian (spoken and written); proficiency in Spanish, English, or French is a plus.
* Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and multitasking skills.
* Customer service orientation and passion for the bridal industry.
