What you will do: The Role's Key Responsibilities and Tasks
As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As a SEO Content Marketing Specialist in the SEO Department you will be in charge of:
1. Support the definition of the Content Marketing strategy and roadmap that delivers world-class content messaging and drives growth on the organic channels.
2. Execute the cross-channel content marketing strategy in multiple markets and languages.
3. Produce, maintain, review and update content materials, ensuring that they meet high quality standards (user-focused, relevant, well-written, etc.) and are optimized and aligned with our SEO and link building strategies, driving growth.
4. Collaborate with the internal creative team as well as external creative agencies to ensure creatives do align to the requirements from publishers.
5. Execute keyword research and define a keyword universe that aligns with audience needs, business priorities and inbound traffic goals, collaborating with other internal and external teams, as needed.
6. Collaborate with other teams (Brand, PR, Social, CRM, etc.) in the creation and execution of campaigns to ensure alignment and leverage the expertise of other teams.
7. Manage projects with external providers, from sending briefs, requests and evaluating providers, to monitoring the quality of the deliverables and timelines.
8. Collect KPIs and analyze the performance of the different initiatives.
9. Understand the competitive landscape and general trends in the sector.
What you need to succeed:
Here's what you need to succeed:
1. 5 years experience in digital marketing roles, working on large scale B2C organizations.
2. Minimum 3 years direct experience in Content Marketing roles with a proven track of implementing successful cross-platform campaigns driving company growth.
3. Experience in travel accommodation sector is highly valued.
4. Bachelor's degree preferably related to Digital Marketing and Communication, or Journalism.
5. Fluent in English and French (written and spoken). Also a proficient level of another EU language is highly valued (German, Italian, Portuguese).
6. High quality content creation skills and demonstrable experience is required.
7. Experience with generative AI for content creation, prompt engineering or, at a minimum, curiosity to explore and apply AI-driven initiatives.
8. Good understanding of digital marketing practices and metrics, especially SEO.
9. Good understanding of web analytics tools.
10. Experience working with external providers is valued.
11. Excellent presentation skills across different levels in the organization.
12. Highly organized and detail-oriented.
13. Team player, proactive, motivated, curious, determined can-do attitude.
