Key Responsibilities
- Translate BVP into BMP and develop and implement snacking strategy to achieve market leadership in IC
- Oversee P&L for the snacking category, ensuring financial targets are met
- Drive growth and profitability of the snacking platform and brands
- Recommend solutions and implement improvements to meet annual targets
- Provide input to volume forecasting, financial updates, and monitor key indicators and drivers of brand performance
- Collaborate with CSP to develop and implement on-the-go and take-home strategy and plans for the convenience channel
Requirements
- University degree with emphasis in business
- 7+ years experience with exposure in Brand Building, Brand Development, or Category Management & Sales Management
- Solid analytical thinker with P&L owners' mindset
- Business planning and implementation experience
- Passionate, energetic, results-driven individual with proven leadership abilities
- Proficient Level of English and Spanish required
