Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews: During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
As a Senior SAP HCM Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing SAP Payroll solutions for international clients. Your mission will be to guide clients throughout the implementation process, ensuring that their business requirements are effectively and optimally integrated into the system. You will be responsible for managing the full implementation cycle, ensuring a smooth transition that aligns with specifications.
Responsibilities:
* Project Management: Lead and coordinate implementation teams, manage resources, and ensure deadlines are met while minimizing risks at each project phase.
* Consultation and Training: Provide strategic advice to clients on the configuration and optimization of their SAP Payroll systems while training internal teams and end-users.
* Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of SAP Payroll configurations and adjustments to ensure the system operates according to defined standards and expectations.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify potential improvements in implementation processes and SAP configurations, ensuring alignment with legislative changes and clients' business needs.
* Monitoring and Communication: Maintain ongoing communication with the team leader regarding progress, risks, potential delays, and task adjustments, ensuring optimal project management.
Profile Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years of technical experience in SAP HCM and S/4HANA
* Experience in team management and project coordination
* In-depth knowledge of SAP Payroll solutions and their configuration
* Understanding of payroll legislation in countries such as France, the Netherlands, or Germany
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time independently, meeting deadlines agreed upon with the team leader or time management expert
* Expertise in SAP Payroll configuration and design
* Strong understanding of business processes related to the SAP module being implemented
* Proficiency in one of the following languages: French, German, or Dutch (depending on the profile); English is essential for international communication
