About the Role
The Export Director will play a key role in driving sales growth and strengthening customer relationships in the Sun Protection Fabrics Division. We are looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in developing and executing successful international sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement annual sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
* Team Leadership: Lead a team of five sales representatives to set goals and tasks for distributors and agents.
* Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and their respective agents.
* Sales Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance, providing regular feedback to the sales team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the sun protection or related industries.
* Leadership & Management: Proven leadership and team management skills, with a focus on achieving sales targets and maximizing team performance.
* Linguistic Proficiency: Fluency in English; proficiency in French is highly valued.
* Credentials: Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
