Rakuten TV is looking for a Financial Controller to perform external reporting tasks across EU and internal financial reporting tasks.

Responsibilities:
* Business performance reporting to key external partners;
* Internal KPIs reporting;
* Set up of control tools and follow up;
* Analysis of Big Data files to prepare them for closing process and other analysis;
* Preparation of detailed reconciliations to recognize where the business stands and how the financial deviations are affecting the P&L;
* Preparation of weekly financial reporting;
* Follow up of budget and forecast deviations;
* Creation and maintenance of tools to facilitate controlling and ensure the accuracy of the data;
* Management of specific or ad hoc requests coming from the Business lines, that require support from a Finance perspective.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related field;
* Experience in the Audiovisual industry, with understanding of its unique financial aspects and reporting requirements;
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar financial reporting role;
* Fluency in English and Spanish, enabling effective communication with diverse stakeholders;
* Proficiency in Excel for financial analysis, data manipulation, and reporting purposes;
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex financial information effectively;
* Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality financial reporting;
* Critical thinking skills to identify and resolve reporting issues.
* Preferred experience in the Audiovisual industry, with understanding of its unique financial aspects and reporting requirements.
* Preferred experience in advertising industry.
Preferred qualifications:
* Postgraduate Degree in Finance, Audit or related field;
* Experience working at a Big Four firm;
* Proficiency in data visualization tools, such as Tableau;
* Ability to adapt to changing company needs and work in a fast-paced environment;
* Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and drive process improvements.
