About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team in Barcelona. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and goals.
* Serve as the primary point of contact, offering tailored solutions and strategic guidance.
* Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and drive upselling initiatives.
* Monitor account performance and provide insights to optimize results.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
* Address client inquiries and resolve any issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Requirements
* Fluency in German (C2) and English (C1).
* Experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success is a plus.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks.
* Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
