About the Role
We are looking for a Client Relationship Representative to support our German and Englishspeaking markets ! In this role youll be the first point of contact for inbound sales inquiries and ensure a smooth efficient experience for our clients. You will also play a proactive role in following up on quotations and identifying sales opportunities. If you thrive in a dynamic environment have excellent communication skills and enjoy building strong client relationships this role is for you!
Tasks
* Assist customers in selecting the right weighing solutions by providing thorough product guidance based on their needs.
* Manage and follow up on quotations ensuring effective communication to maximize sales opportunities.
* Handle customer inquiries via phone and email delivering prompt and reliable support.
* Proactively enter orders and track customer requests ensuring a smooth sales process.
* Deepen technical knowledge of our products to enhance sales potential and customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with sales and technical teams to stay updated on product developments and sales strategies.
* Identify upselling and crossselling opportunities based on customer interactions.
* Maintain accurate records in our CRM (Odoo) to track sales activities and improve workflow efficiency.
Requirements
* Fluency in German & English (written and spoken); proficiency in additional European languages (Spanish French Dutch Italian etc. ) is highly valued.
* Proven experience in sales or customer support preferably within a B2B environment .
* Ability to quickly learn and understand technical products ; experience in selling hardware software or industrial equipment is a strong plus.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and collaborate with internal teams.
* Strong organizational skills capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
* Proactive and resultsdriven with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
