YOUR ROLE
Under the management of our Production Manager and Project Director, you will hold the position of Senior Project Manager for REVIBE and its subsidiaries, owned by the Mantu Group. Your main responsibilities will include developing recommendations in response to briefs and managing corporate event projects of all formats. As part of the creation of the Cluster Experience within the Mantu Group, your activities will involve regular collaboration with our sister companies to provide comprehensive, competitive, and distinctive recommendations. Your main challenges and responsibilities include continuously seeking a competitive positioning in terms of quality, price, and accuracy.
As an experienced project manager, you will also have managerial responsibilities, guiding and supervising junior team members (project coordinators) under the supervision of the Hub Manager in Barcelona.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
Develop and Budget Recommendations in Response to Briefs
* Develop recommendations both in terms of budget and presentations.
* Understand the regulatory framework governing relationships between healthcare professionals and the pharmaceutical industry (DMOS).
* Participate in the overqualification of a brief.
* Analyze communication issues and client expectations alongside account managers and managers.
* Ensure suppliers adhere to the spirit of the brief.
* Analyze supplier quotes for relevance, accuracy, and detail.
* Define strategic decisions alongside the commercial team, recommendation manager, and Production Director.
* Generate ideas and work axes to develop timely recommendations.
* Manage response schedules for tenders and project management rigorously.
* Qualify and enrich the supplier database (companies, contacts).
* Construct detailed, thoughtful, competitive, and reliable budgets using REVIBE and client templates.
* Ensure the feasibility of concepts both operationally and safely.
* Master budget constructions in a local and international environment : HT / TTC, VAT self-liquidation, and optimizations.
* Support the manager during presentations with technical input.
* Ensure the skill development of project coordinators.
* Maintain a systematic and clear classification of produced recommendations in the proposal database.
Coordinate Client Projects Transversely with Sales Teams
* Be the single point of contact for the client once the project is secured.
* Ensure the economic viability of the project through precise workforce management and optimization strategies.
* Conduct further negotiations with suppliers before confirmation : rates and payment terms.
* Quickly establish contractual links with suppliers.
* Generate supplier purchase orders in dedicated applications.
* Inform suppliers of reference numbers to be recalled in their correspondence.
* Adhere to legal, regulatory, and administrative constraints specific to each event.
* Ensure the design and production of editorial documents : invitations, registrations, participant files, programs.
* Guarantee technical and artistic completion within the client's budget.
* Anticipate, assess, decide, and intervene with suppliers for any technical or organizational issues.
* Maintain professional relationships with suppliers.
* Collaborate with team members using Toms Planner to track project progress.
* Provide dynamic and precise budget updates alongside the client : changes in numbers, cancellations, amendments.
* Produce the complete event schedule.
* Generate logistical workload plans.
* Conduct financial and administrative closing : control supplier invoices, produce the final account for the manager in charge of client relations.
* Transfer product, organizational, and methodological knowledge to new arrivals.
* Ensure and co-assure event support.
* Produce supplier-side evaluations.
Ensure Quality, Adherence to Processes, Tools, and Group "Golden Rules"
* Produce timely and appropriate reports according to group procedures (hourly allocation, forecasts, CRM, Opportunity management, MARS).
* Ensure project profitability without degrading the gross margin.
* Seek margin optimizations through dedicated workforce management and supplier negotiations throughout project evolution.
* Debrief and measure the quality of each supplier systematically.
* Adhere to group rules, particularly regarding sensitive data confidentiality.
* Follow up on supplier payments.
Contribute to Effective Team Collaboration Through Managerial Qualities
* Maintain quality interpersonal relationships within the team and group.
* Participate in and animate team meetings such as input points.
* Participate in recruitment processes when necessary (E1, E2, etc.).
* Initiate project realignment meetings when necessary.
