The Strategic Partnerships Publisher Team is responsible for the actions to drive traffic to Exoticca and revenue through third-party channels. You will help us scale revenue, customer acquisition, brand awareness, and increase margins. Our team collaborates with other departments such as Data, Travel Product, or Sales, to uncover the most valuable opportunities and convert them into actual revenue generation collaborations.
Responsibilities:
* Negotiate rates and planning with different partners
* Coordinate with various teams to outperform targets
* Create and monitor the department budget
* Seek and identify opportunities in all Exoticca markets
* Manage and improve interdepartmental communications
* Maintain updated communication tools for internal stakeholders
* Optimize performance with each Partner by monitoring results and proposing changes and improvements
* Identify opportunities to maximize the performance of each Partner
* Maintain constant communication with different departments such as Travel Product to coordinate actions
* Maintain constant communications with Partners to improve results of each action
* Always seek the best practices and work towards the interest of Exoticca
* Represent Exoticca in relevant meetings and trade shows
Minimum Requirements:
* +7 years of experience in account management (Tourism environment and Travel Agencies is a plus)
* Experience in building profitable long-term collaborations
* Analytical thinking
* Negotiation, commercial, and marketing skills are a must
* Must be self-motivated, organized, proactive, team player, hands-on, and results-driven
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
* Fluent in speaking and writing in English and Spanish (other languages are a plus)
