What Will You Do in This Role?
You will be a key part of our team, providing support to both Sales and Purchasing departments, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Your day-to-day tasks will be dynamic and challenging, ranging from price management to supplier coordination and administrative process optimization.
Your Main Responsibilities:
1. Provide back-office support to the Sales and Purchasing departments, analyzing price changes for the finance department and the global sales team (national/European).
2. Keep prices updated in our ERP system, reviewing price lists and detecting possible errors to correct inaccurate information.
3. Monitor outstanding payments and collaborate with the Finance team on invoicing matters.
4. Support Logistics in the supply management of components.
5. Supervise and coordinate general indirect purchasing at a local level.
6. Manage administrative tasks in ERP, such as purchase order requests, supplier setup, and more.
