What You'll Do:
As a Genetic Engineer Scientist, you’ll be at the forefront of our innovation, developing biomanufacturing technologies for cosmetic active ingredients. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing and enhance modern life. Your work will directly impact the way we currently work in the Lab, creating novel bioproduction methods for multiple cosmetic ingredients. You will also support the discovery of novel natural products to be manufactured using microbiological models, by finding feasible biosynthetic pathways, needed genes, most appropriate workhorses to incorporate the novel pathway, and execute the genetic engineering work.
What We're Looking For:
* Perform general biotechnology / microbiology laboratory procedures.
* Design and execute molecular biology works.
* Perform the experimental work according to the guidelines of the company Health and Safety and ISO policies.
Skills That Make a Difference:
* Degree in biochemistry or similar.
* Ph.D. in genetic engineering, molecular biology, biotechnology or related areas.
* 5+ years knowledge in protein expression.
* Team player, self-starter and coach for the team.
* IT savvy (office package and Lab tools)
* Advanced level in English.
