We are looking for an Events Team Lead to join our team and help elevate our projects to the next level. This involves coordinating and managing the events team and planning and executing events from conceptualization to completion, ensuring high-quality control.

Main responsibilities:
Reporting to the Events Director, your main tasks will be:
Worldwide Client relationship management: Build strong and trusting relationships with clients by actively engaging with them to thoroughly understand their goals and expectations. This includes asking the right questions to uncover their true needs, analyzing their requirements in detail, and providing expert guidance to recommend the best solutions. Your ability to offer insightful advice and tailored solutions will be key to ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Ensuring that the project meets clients’ needs focusing into day-to-day details and excellent customer service and quality delivery.
Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project.
Team management: coordinate, manage and motivate the team. Organize daily meetings to analyze team’s workloads and assign projects according to availability.
Budget management: ensure that the project is within the client's budget and analyze the profitability of it
Negotiate with strategic suppliers and partners and ensure the best quality of services.
Develop creative and unique concepts that align with customer needs.
Ensure that objectives and processes are aligned with the overall goals of the company.
Background & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Events Management, Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or related field.
Over 7 years’ experience in a similar role.
Solid experience in international events, all over the world, managing customers from different nationalities.
Proven track record of leading, managing, and empowering teams.
Excellent communication skills both in English and Spanish. An extra language will be a plus.
Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and requirements.
Active participation in company activities
Proactive professional with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
Hands-on individual with attention to detail
