Tus tareas:
* Direct contact with clinics and partners
* Analysis of clinic KPIs (conversation rate, show rate, TPR, clinic capacity, marketing channels)
* Control of clinic schedules (changes, vacations)
* Resolve incidents with patients, direct communication with other departments
* Support to area manager on issues related to more technical incidents
* Cover absences
Tu perfil:
* You have the talent and ability to build and maintain a network of Partner Clinics.
* You have experience in the retail area/sector and in team management.
* You have excellent communication and organizational skills.
* You love to travel and you are well organized to work remotely.
* You like to take responsibility, you are organized and have a goal-oriented attitude.
* You have a proactive and decisive attitude.
* You are fluent in Spanish and English.
