This role focuses onnew logo acquisitionandnew revenue streams, driving proactive campaigns and leveraging industry expertise to qualify opportunities. The position involves close collaboration withAccount Managers, partners, and hybrid solution leadersto scale standard solutions and expand HPE#39;s presence in the virtualization market.Key Responsibilities:Develop and support aportfolio of new and existing customers, focusing on HPEVirtualization solutions .Driveproactive sales efforts, aligning HPE#39;s product portfolio withcustomer needs and industry trends .Analyzecustomer industries and competitive landscapesto effectively position HPE solutions.Manage and optimizesales projectswhile creatinggrowth forecasts .Participate insolution campaignsto increase sales andgenerate new projects .Executeup-selling and cross-sellingstrategies to strengthen customer relationships.Source, develop, and expand new opportunities, maintaining a focus oncustomer outcomes .Meetquarterly and annual sales objectivesthrough effective pipeline management.Provideweekly updateson active accounts, reporting onsales activities, status, and progress .LeveragePTB and IB datato target and prioritize opportunities in collaboration with Account Managers.Conductaccount and industry researchto positionHPE VM Essentialseffectively.Maintain an in-depth understanding ofcompetitor strategiesto position HPE more effectively.Leadinitial customer conversations, validatingvirtualization opportunitiesand use cases.Developpursuit plansand manage thesales pipelineto align withaccount managers#39; strategies .Establish professional consultative relationships, understandingclient business needsand aligning them withHPE#39;s virtualization solutions .Collaborate withpartners, including Channel, GSI, and SDPs, to drive market expansion.Mandatory Requirements:2-5 years of IT sales experiencewith a proven track record in achieving sales targets.Bachelor#39;s degree preferred, ideally in business, IT, or a related field.Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.High degree ofself-motivation, responsibility, and eagerness to learn .Spanish and English fluency are required.Preferred Requirements:VMware knowledge is a strong advantage .Experience withSalesforce or other CRM systemsis a plus.Experience sellingHypervisor technologies.Channel sales experienceis preferred.Why Join HPE?HPE offers an innovative work environment where you will gain hands-on experience with cutting-edgevirtualization technologies.
