We seek an Industrial Project Manager to lead industrial projects within our In Vitro Diagnostic Instruments Development Area, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Refine project requirements through collaboration with department representatives.
* Develop detailed project plans and secure approval from involved departments and management.
* Allocate necessary resources with assistance from Department Heads, Division Directors, and Area Directors.
* Monitor plan execution by coordinating activities, resources, departments, and external suppliers.
Project Resource Management
* Select new collaborators for the project with assistance from Technical Managers of relevant disciplines.
* Evaluate collaborators' performance, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
* IDentify and manage additional resources required for project execution.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Biotechnology, or related fields.
* Complementary training in Project Management (e.g., PMP certification) is highly valued.
* 4+ years of experience managing projects, preferably in global environments.
* Hands-on experience in managing projects involving both hardware and software components.
* Experience in medical devices or pharmaceutical sectors and automotive product projects will be considered a strong advantage.
* Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Big Picture, DOORS, and Jama.
* Advanced technical knowledge of hardware and software systems.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Access).
* Strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and ability to synchronize multiple activities across diverse groups.
* Excellent negotiation skills, able to thrive under pressure and excel in teamwork and communication, fostering collaboration in cross-functional teams.
* Proficient in Spanish and English.
* Will to travel occasionally as project needs arise.
