Role Description
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be instrumental in streamlining processes and enhancing operational efficiency across teams. Your expertise will support workflow improvements, optimize data management, and drive strategic initiatives to enhance overall performance.
In this role, you will oversee and refine key system functions, ensuring seamless usage and leveraging technology to boost effectiveness. You will analyze performance metrics, identify areas for optimization, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of processes that support business growth.
Responsibilities
* Implement and manage sales and marketing tools, including Salesforce and Pardot
* Customize and configure Salesforce to align with the organization's business requirements
* Create and manage workflow rules, process builder flows, and automation processes to streamline business processes
* Ensure seamless integration between Pardot and Salesforce for effective lead management
* Create and maintain templates, sales processes, quotes, contracts, training materials
* Oversee data quality and integrity within Salesforce
* Provide training and support to users on Salesforce functionalities
* Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales, marketing, and customer service performance
* Collaborate with developers to create custom solutions and functionalities that are not achievable through standard configurations
* Implement and manage security measures to protect sensitive data
* Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and workflows
* Work with sales, account management, marketing and administration teams to streamline processes and enhance system performance and user experience
Requirements
* Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
* Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201). Advanced Administrator Certification (ADM 211) or other Salesforce certifications are a plus.
* Minimum two years proven experience in customizing Salesforce, creating reports, dashboards, and workflows
* Strong analytical and organizational skills
* Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
* Demonstrated willingness to stay updated with new Salesforce features and functionality
* Understanding of sales, marketing and account management processes
* Strong attention to detail, ability to work autonomously
* Excellent written and spoken English; advanced level of Spanish desirable
* Ambitious, client-focused, self-motivated and self-managed personality
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills
* Experience in providing administrative support in a professional services environment
* Experience in a SaaS company is preferred
