* Providing excellent support across the whole recruitment process for interns
* Posting and active sourcing to create a data base and talent pipeline.
* Screening of incoming applications and active addressing of suitable candidates
* Conducting telephone interviews
* Sending and recommend candidates for personal interviews and accompanyingthe supervisors during the process
* Guarantee a good pre-boarding and onboarding experience for interns
* Management of interns (agreements with universities, onboarding, follow-up…)
* Help and support identifying challenges to develop a better talent attraction strategy forinternships
YOUR SKILLS
* Labor Relations, Psychology or BBA degree
* Microsoft Office skills (specially Excel & Power Point)
* Teamplayer and proactive attitude
* Communication abilities
* Motivation to work in different projects
