The Learning Manager supports excellence in customer experience and fashion expertise, in line with Retail Other Europe's strategic priorities and projects. The Learning Manager is attached to the Boutique Manager and is part of the managing team of the boutique; he defines the boutique’s learning strategy with the Boutique Manager and the Other Europe Learning team. Combining organization and animation skills with a strong ability to federate, the Learning Manager ensures the support of the teams through a presence on the boutique’s ground to support and train the teams.
He coordinates the creation, expansion, and follows the learning plan of his boutique.
Your main tasks will follow:
1. Collaborating with the Other Europe Learning team:
He coordinates and shares the information and the educational/teaching tools in the boutique.
He participates in the animation from the Learning sessions to the collections and participates in the newcomers’ onboarding to ensure the fluidity of the messages.
He knows how to adjust the learning contents to the boutique’s needs on the demand of the managers, the teams, or his analysis and remarks while being on the ground.
He gathers and sends the boutique’s feedback and reports to the Other Europe Learning team.
2. Collaborating with the boutique’s management:
He builds the learning plan of the teams with the Human Resources Manager and Learning Team.
He suggests and organizes a schedule of learning sessions in the boutique regarding the newest products and the boutique’s needs and planning.
He participates in the deployment of boutique customer experience action plans and works closely with the Marketing Team.
He ensures the successful deployment of strategic projects (IN CHANEL, CHANEL et MOI, etc.).
3. Hosting the learning sessions:
He hosts learning sessions in the boutique or in Paris according to the learning plans.
He invites boutique specialists (product experts, customer services, training ambassadors) to complete and co-host the sessions.
4. Driving and following the teams:
He manages the onboarding of newcomers.
He supports the teams on the ground and organizes one-to-one coaching.
He supports the implementation and monitoring of action plans.
He validates the Fashion Advisor’s knowledge acquired after a learning session based on his observations made while being on the boutique’s ground.
He makes qualitative and quantitative reports often and chooses KPIs to evaluate the actions' efficiency.
He coordinates the Learning ambassadors of his boutique.
5. Participating in Other Europe committees:
He is part of the managing committee of the boutique.
He is part of the Other Europe Learning Committee and the Train the Trainers on the new learning contents.
He takes part in major projects to develop team skills: first customer experience, art of customer relations, expertise style, new entrants, etc.
