Oversee and manage all HR administrative tasks, including employee lifecycle management, absences, accidents, and insurance coordin
* ation.Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data in our ERP
* systemCoordinate and support onboarding and offboarding proc
* esses.Act as the go-to contact for employment contracts, certificates, training agreements, and internal regula
* tions.Maintain high-quality HR data and create HR dashb
* oards.Collaborate closely with other HR team members and the Payroll depa

Experience: +5 years of professional experience as an HR Gen
* eralist.Qualifications: Diploma of HR Specialist or equ
